Product Overview
TCR2LE33,LM(CT is a TCR2LE series, CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring ultra-low quiescent bias current and low dropout voltage. It features overcurrent protection and an auto-discharge function. As small ceramic input and output capacitors 0.1μF can be used with the TCR2LE series, this device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones.
- Overcurrent protection, auto-discharge
- Pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
- Ceramic capacitors can be used (CIN = 0.1μF, COUT =0.1μF)
- Output voltage accuracy is +1.0% maximum at (IOUT = 50mA, 1.8V ≤ VOUT)
- Line regulation is 1mV typical at (VOUT + 0.5V ≤ VIN ≤ 5.5V, IOUT = 1mA)
- Load regulation is 15mV typical at (1mA ≤ IOUT ≤ 150mA)
- Quiescent current is 1μA typical at (IOUT = 0mA, VIN = VOUT+1 V (VOUT<gt/>1.5V))
- Temperature coefficient is 75ppm/°C typical at (VIN = VOUT+1V (VOUT<gt/>1.5V))
- 3.3V output voltage, stand-by current is 1μA max at (VCT = 0V, VIN = VOUT+1 V (VOUT<gt/>1.5V))
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, SOT-553 package
