TCR2EE48,LM(CT is a TCR2EE series CMOS single output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring low dropout voltage, low output noise voltage and fast load transient response. This features overcurrent protection, an auto-discharge function. It is suitable for sensitive power supply such as analogue and RF applications.
- 4.8V typical output voltage typ
- Typical dropout voltage of 150mV (IOUT = 150 mA, CIN = 0.1 μF, COUT = 1.0 μF, Tj = 25°C)
- Fast load transient response (⊿VOUT = ±60mV (typ.) at IOUT = 1mA ⇔ 150mA, COUT =1.0μF)
- Low quiescent bias current (IB = 35μA (typ.) at IOUT = 0mA)
- High ripple rejection ratio (73dB (typ.) at 2.5V output, IOUT = 10mA, f = 1KHz)
- Input voltage VIN range from 1.5V to 5.5V, output current of 200mA (DC)
- High VOUT accuracy of ±1.0% (1.8V ≤ VOUT), low output noise voltage
- Pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
- Ceramic capacitors can be used (CIN = 0.1μF, COUT = 1.0μF)
- SOT-553 package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
