Product Overview
TCK22975G,LF(S is a load switch IC for power management with slew rate control driver featuring wide input voltage operation from 1.1 to 5.5V. It has output auto-discharge function. This device is available in 0.4mm pitch ultra small package WCSP6E package. Thus it is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phone.
- Wide input voltage operation range from VIN = 1.1 to 5.5V
- Slew rate control circuit, reverse current blocking (VIN = 0V)
- 666μs rise time at Vin=5V, built in reverse current blocking (VIN = 0 V)
- Active low control pin polarity, open control pin connection
- Quiescent current (ON state) is 0.1μA typ (VIN = 1.8V, IOUT = 0mA, Ta = 25°C)
- Quiescent current (OFF state) is 0.07μA typ (VIN = 5.5 V, VOUT = GND, Ta = 25°C)
- Switch leakage current( OFF state) is 0.02μA typ (VIN = 5.5V, Ta = 25°C)
- On resistance is 25mohm typical (VIN = 5.0V, IOUT = -0.5A, Ta = 25°C)
- WCSP-E package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
