Product Overview
TCK207AN,LF(S is a 0.75V ultra-low voltage load switch IC for a power management with slew rate control driver and reverse current blocking (SW OFF state) function. It features output auto discharge function. This device is available in ultra-small package DFN4A. Thus this device is ideal for portable applications that require high density board assembly such as SSD, HDD, cellular phone.
- Low input voltage operation VIN = 0.75 to 3.6V
- High output current: IOUT (DC) is 2.0A
- Built in slew rate control driver
- Built in reverse current blocking(SW OFF state)
- Built in auto-discharge
- Active high and pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
- On resistance is 21.5mohm typical at VIN = 3.3V, IOUT = -1.5A, Ta = 25°C
- Quiescent current (ON state) is 22μA typ (VIN = VCT = 3.6V, IOUT = 0mA, Ta = 25°C)
- Standby current (SW OFF state) is 0.7μA typical (VIN = 3.6V, VCT = 0V, VOUT : OPEN)
- DFN-A-EP package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
