Product Overview
TC7W126FU,LF(T is a CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC. It is a high speed C²MOS dual bus buffer fabricated with silicon gate C²MOS technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the C²MOS low power dissipation. It requires 3-state control input G to be set low to place the output into the high impedance. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage.
- Wide operating voltage range from 2V to 6V
- Balanced propagation delays: tpLH ∼− tpHL
- Symmetrical output impedance: IOH = IOL = 6mA (min)
- Output drive capability is 15 LSTTL loads
- High noise immunity: VNIH = VNIL = 28% VCC (min)
- Input leakage current is ±0.1µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, 6.0V, Ta = 25°C)
- Quiescent supply current is 2µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, 6V, Ta = 25°C)
- Propagation delay time is 10ns typ at (Ta = 25°C, 6V VCC, input tr = tf = 6ns)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- 8-lead SSOP package
