Product Overview
TC75W57FU(TE12L,F) is a CMOS type general-purpose dual comparator capable of single power supply operation and using lower supply currents than the conventional bipolar comparators. Its push-pull output can connect directly to local IC’s such as TTL and CMOS circuits.
- Supply current is 220μA typ (VDD = 5V, VSS = GND, Ta = 25°C)
- Single power supply operation
- Wide common mode input voltage range from VSS to VDD−0.9V
- Push-pull output circuit, low input bias current
- Input offset voltage is ±1mV typical (VDD = 5V, VSS = GND, Ta = 25°C)
- Common mode input voltage is 4.1V maximum (VDD = 5V, VSS = GND, Ta = 25°C)
- Voltage gain is 94dB typical (VDD = 5V, VSS = GND, Ta = 25°C)
- Operating supply voltage range from 1.8 to 7.0V (Ta = 25°C)
- Response time is 11ns typ (over drive = 100mV, VDD = 5V, VSS = GND, Ta = 25°C)
- 8-pin SSOP8-P-0.65 package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
