Product Overview
TC74HC08AP(F) is a high speed CMOS 2-INPUT AND GATE fabricated with silicon gate C²MOS technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. The internal circuit is composed of 2-stages including buffer output, which provide high noise immunity and stable output. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage.
- Propagation delay time is 6ns typ (CL = 15pF, VCC = 5V, Ta = 25°C, input: tr = tf = 6ns)
- Power dissipation capacitance is 19pF typ (CL = 50pF, input: tr = tf = 6ns, Ta = 25°C)
- High noise immunity: VNIH = VNIL = 28% VCC (min)
- Output drive capability: 10 LSTTL loads
- Symmetrical output impedance - (IOH) = IOL = 4mA (min)
- Balanced propagation delays: tpLH ∼− tpHL
- Pin and function compatible with 74LS08
- Wide operating voltage range from 2 to 6V
- Quiescent supply current is 1.0μA max (VIN = VCC or GND, 6V, Ta = 25°C)
- 14-pin DIP14-P-300-2.54 package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
