Product Overview
TC4W53FU,LF(T is a 2-channel multiplexer with capabilities of selection and mixture of analogue signal and digital signal. It has a 2-channel configuration. The digital signal to the control terminal turns “ON” the corresponding switch of each channel a large amplitude (VDD – VEE) can be switched by the control signal with small logical amplitude (VDD – VSS). As the ON-resistance of each switch is low, these can be connected to a circuit with low input impedance.
- DC supply voltage range from 3V to 18V
- On-state resistance is 850 ohm maximum at (0 ≤ VIS ≤ VDD, RL = 10Kohm, VDD = 5V)
- Input/output leakage current is ±100nA maximum at (VIN = 18V, VOUT = 0V)
- Quiescent device current is 5µA maximum at (VIN = VSS, VDD, Ta = -40°C)
- Input current is 0.1µA maximum at (VIH = 18V, VIL = 0V)
- Input capacitance is 5pF typical at (Ta = 25°C)
- Propagation delay time (A-OUT) is 70ns typical at (RL = 1Kohm, VDD = 15V)
- Frequency response is 40MHz typical at (Ta = 25°C, CL = 50pF)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, SSOP8 package
