Product Overview
TAR5SB50(TE85L,F) is a comprised of general-purpose bipolar single power-supply device incorporating a control pin which can be used to turn them ON/OFF. Overtemperature and overcurrent protection circuits are built-in to the devices’ output circuit.
- Low stand-by current, overtemperature/overcurrent protection
- Operation voltage range is wide, maximum output current is high
- Ripple rejection is 70dB typ at (VIN = VOUT + 1 V, IOUT = 10mA, CNOISE = 0.01F, f = 1KHz)
- Difference between input voltage and output voltage is low
- Ceramic capacitors can be used, 5V output voltage
- Stand-by current is 0.1µA maximum at (VCT = 0V, Tj = 25°C)
- Load regulation is 25mV typical at (1mA ≤ IOUT ≤ 150mA, Tj = 25°C)
- Quiescent current is 170µA typ (IOUT = 0mA, Tj = 25°C)
- Input voltage range from 2.4 to 15V (Tj = 25°C)
- 5-pin SSOP5-P-0.95 package, operation temperature range from -40 to 85°C
