C series multilayer ceramic chip capacitors (commercial grade, high voltage (1,000V and over). High voltage C series, commercial grade of TDK's multilayer ceramic chip capacitor, is a product having a high withstanding voltage characteristic. The line-up is voltage rating of 1,000V to 3,000V with capacitance range up to 47nF.Typically used for decoupling, snubber and resonant circuits of high voltage circuits, wireless charging units, DC-DC converter and inverter.
- C0G type has excellent stable temperature and DC-bias characteristics
