Product Overview
TSB621 general purpose operational amplifier featuring an extended supply voltage operating range and rail-to-rail output. This also offers an excellent speed/power consumption ratio with 1.7MHz gain bandwidth product while consuming less than 375μA per operator at 36V supply voltage. It operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C making this device ideal for industrial and automotive applications with the associated qualification. Typical applications are industrial, power supplies, automotive.
- Low offset voltage is 1mV maximum at 25°C
- Low current consumption is 375μA maximum / operator at 36V
- Wide supply voltage range from 2.7 to 36V
