Product Overview
TL072BIYDT is a low noise JFET dual operational amplifier. It is a high speed JFET input dual operational amplifier incorporating well-matched high-voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. This amplifier feature high slew rates, low input bias, offset current and low offset voltage temperature coefficients.
- Wide common-mode (upto VCC+) and differential voltage range
- Low input bias and offset current
- Low noise en = 15 nV/√Hz (typ)
- Output short-circuit protection
- High input impedance JFET input stage
- Low harmonic distortion is 0.01% (typical)
- Internal frequency compensation, Case style is SO8(automotive grade)
- Latch-up free operation, high slew rate is 16V/µs (typ)
- Supply voltage range is 6V to 36V
- Operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C
