Product Overview
STM6822YAWY6F is a 5-pin supervisor with a watchdog timer and push-button reset. This supervisor is a self-contained device that provides microprocessor supervisory functions. A precision voltage reference and comparator monitor the VCC input for an out-of-tolerance condition. When an invalid VCC condition occurs, the reset output (RST) is forced low (or high in the case of RST).
- Active-low RST outputs (active low, push-pull or open drain)
- RST outputs (active high, push-pull)
- Manual reset input active-low (MR)
- Operating voltage range from 1.2V to 5.5V
- Input leakage current is +1µA maximum at (0V = VIN = VCC)
- Reset threshold temperature coefficient is 40ppm/C typical
- WDI pulse width is 50ns minimum
- Reset threshold hysteresis is 5mV typical
- VCC supply current (MR and WDI unconnected) is 4µA typical at (VCC <lt/> 3.6V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, SOT23-5 package
