Product Overview
LM2901YQ5T is a low-power quad voltage comparator. This device consists of four independent precision voltage comparators, which are designed specifically to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. These comparators also have a unique characteristic in that the input common-mode voltage range includes the negative rail even though operated from a single power supply voltage.
- Input common-mode voltage range includes negative rail
- Differential input voltage range equal to the supply voltage
- TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, CMOS compatible outputs
- Low input bias current is 25nA typical (Tmin ≤ Tamb ≤ Tmax)
- Input offset voltage is 1mV typical at (Tmin ≤ Tamb ≤ Tmax)
- Input offset current is 5nA typical at (Tmin ≤ Tamb ≤ Tmax)
- Supply current (all comparators) is 1.1mA typical at (VCC+ = 5V, no load)
- Small signal response time is 1.3µs typical at (Vcc = 5V, RL = 5.1Kohm to Vcc)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- QFN16 package, automotive grade
