Product Overview
The LF60CDT-TR is a 6V fixed output very low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator. The low drop voltage (0.45V) and low quiescent current make it particularly suitable for low-noise, low power applications and especially in battery powered systems. The device requires a capacitor of only 2.2µF for stability, saving board space.
