LF247DT is a wide bandwidth quad j-fet operational amplifier. This amplifier has high voltage J–FET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. This amplifier feature high slew rates, low input bias and offset currents, and low offset voltage temperature coefficient.
