Product Overview
LD56020M180R is a high-accuracy voltage regulator that provides 0.2A of current. This device is stabilized with a small ceramic capacitor on input and output. The ultra-low drop, low quiescent current, and short-circuit current foldback make the device suitable for low-power battery-operated applications. An enable logic control function puts the device in shutdown mode allowing a total current consumption lower than 0.1µA. Thermal protection is also included. It is used in applications such as smartphones/tablets, image sensors, VCO, and RF modules.
- Input voltage range from 1.1V to 5.5V
- Ultra-low dropout voltage is 190mV maximum at 200mA load
- Low ground current is 18μA typical at no load
- Logic-controlled electronic shutdown, thermal shutdown, output active discharge function
- Output noise voltage is 8.8µVRMS typ at (VOUT(NOM) = 1V; VIN = 1.5V 10Hz to 100KHz, IOUT = 1mA)
- Output voltage is 1.8V, VIN supply voltage rejection is 90dB typical
- Output voltage accuracy is +2.0% max at (VOUT(NOM) + 0.3V ≤ VIN ≤ 5.5V; VOUT ≥ 1.5V)
- Quiescent current is 20µA typical at (IOUT = 0mA, TJ = 25°C)
- Turn-on time is 150µs typical at (VOUT(NOM) = 1V, TJ = 25°C)
- Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, SOT23-5L package
