Product Overview
L4931CDT33-TR is a very low drop regulator in a 3 pin DPAK package. The very low drop voltage (0.4V) and the very low quiescent current make it particularly suitable for low noise, low power applications and especially in battery-powered systems.
- Typ 50µA in OFF mode, 600µA in ON mode
- Output current up to 250mA
- Logic controlled electronic shutdown
- Output voltage of 3.3V
- Internal current and thermal limit
- Requires only a 2.2µF capacitor for stability allowing space and cost saving
- Temperature range from -40 to 125°C
