68.9559-23 is an isoprobe III – 100:1 test probe set for safe measurements at high voltages. Due to the low input capacity and high input impedance of the probe, the set Isoprobe III - 100:1 is also particularly suited for measurements on sensitive circuits.
- Maximum 1000V, CAT III (600V, CAT IV), (maximum 3540V, CAT I) rated
- 4.6pF input capacitance, 0.9ns rise time
- Compensation range (works setting) from 10pF to 25pF (15pF)
- Frequency range from 0 to 500MHz
- 120cm lead length
