The Startech DVIVGAMF8IN is a short DVI to VGA cable used to adapt a DVI male connector to a VGA female connector, enabling you to connect a Flat Panel Display to a PC or Mac computer with DVI-I output. The adaptor resituates the VGA connector approximately 8" away from the DVI output, effectively reducing strain on the DVI connector while also reducing the potential of blocking nearby ports. The DVI male to VGA female adaptor is constructed of high quality materials to ensure dependability and comes with a lifetime limited warranty for peace of mind.
