SHT40I-HD1F-R2 is a SHT4xI-analog 4th Gen. high-accuracy, 5V, industrial grade, relative humidity and temperature analogue sensor. The four-pin dual-flat-no-leads package is suitable for surface mount technology (SMT) processing.
- Supply voltage VDD = 4.5V to 5.5V, analogue voltage output 10-90%VDD
- Base RH and T accuracy, standard ARP analogue output characteristic including patented PTFE membrane
- NIST traceable, high driver strength
- Fully functional in condensing environment
- Mature technology from global market leader
- RH accuracy is ±2.5%RH typical
- 40mV/%RH sensitivity (RH range: 0 to 100%) (VDD = 5.0V)
- Power-up time is 7ms typ at after hard reset, VDD ≥ VPOR
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, size (LxWxH) is 1.27 x 1.27 x 0.68mm
- Slew rate change of the supply voltage is 20V/ms maximum
