Product Overview
The BU33JA2MNVX-CTL is a full CMOS LDO regulator in 4 pin SSON package. This device has excellent noise characteristics and load responsiveness characteristics despite its low circuit current consumption of 35μA (standby current). It is most appropriate for various applications such as power supplies for radar and camera of the automotive.
- Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
- Input voltage range from 1.7V to 6V
- Output voltage of 3.3V
- High output voltage accuracy of ±2% (Ta = -40°C to 125°C)
- Maximum output current of 200mA, low current consumption
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- Compatible with small ceramic capacitor(CIN=CO=0.47μF)
- With built-in output discharge circuit
- High ripple rejection, ON/OFF control of output voltage
