BR93H66RF-2LB is a serial EEPROM of serial 3-line interface method. It has high-reliability using ROHM original double-cell structure. It has more than 100 years data retention and also has more than 1million write cycles. It is used in application like industrial equipment.

- Withstands electrostatic voltage upto 6KV (HBM method typ)
- Same package line-up and same pin configuration
- 2.5V to 5.5V single supply voltage operation
- Address auto increment function at READ operation, self-timed programming cycle
- Program condition display by READY/active-low BUSY
- High-reliability using ROHM original double-cell structure
- Supply current is 1.5mA typical at (fSK=2MHz, read)
- 93 microwire bus, 4Kbit capacity
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C, package style is SOP8
