BR25H1MFJ-5ACE2 is a BR25H1Mxxx-5AC series 125°C operation SPI bus 1Mbit serial EEPROM for automotive. Application includes airbag, ABS, ECU.
- 1.7V to 5.5V supply voltage, 20MHz (max) clock frequency
- 3.5ms (max) write time, 4 million times (Ta = 25°C) write cycles
- 100 years (Ta = 25°C) data retention
- SPI BUS mode (CPOL, CPHA) = (0, 0), (1, 1)
- 256Byte page size, 131072 x 8bit format, 256Byte write lockable identification page (ID Page)
- Address auto increment function at read operation, auto erase and auto end function at data rewrite
- Write protect block setting by software, memory array 1/4, 1/2, whole
- HOLD function by the HOLDB pin, data at shipment, memory array FFh
- Prevention of write mistake, write prohibition at power on, write prohibition by the WPB pin
- SOP-J8 package, ambient operating temperature range from -40 to +125°C
