BR25G1M-3G is a 1Mbit serial EEPROM of SPI BUS interface.
- High speed clock action upto 10MHz maximum, wait function by HOLDB terminal
- 1.8V to 5.5V single power source operation most suitable for battery use
- Upto 256 bytes in page write mode, self-timed programming cycle
- Address auto increment function at read action, bus type is SPI, halogen free
- More than 100 years data retention, more than 1 million write cycles
- Supply current (write) is 3mA typ at (Vcc=2.5V, fSCK=5MHz, tE/W=5ms)
- Supply current (read) is 1mA typical at (Vcc=2.5V, fSCK=5MHz, SO=OPEN)
- Standby current is 1µA typical at (Vcc=5.5V, SO=OPEN)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
- Package style is SOP
