BR25G128-3 is a 128Kbit serial EEPROM of SPI BUS interface. It has more than 100 years data retention, and also has more than 1million write cycles.
- High speed clock action upto 20MHz maximum, wait function by HOLDB terminal
- 1.6V to 5.5V single power source operation, upto 64bytes in page write mode
- Self-timed programming cycle, address auto increment function at read action
- Supply current (write) is 1.5mA typical at (Vcc=2.5V, fSCK=10MHz, tE/W=5ms)
- Supply current (read) is 1.6mA typical at (Vcc=2.5V, fSCK=10MHz, SO=OPEN)
- Standby current is 2µA typical at (Vcc=5.5V, SO=OPEN)
- Bus type is SPI, 128K capacity, halogen free
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
