BR24H128FVT-5ACE2 is a BR24H128xxx-5AC series 125°C operation I2C bus EEPROM for automotive (2-wire). It is a 128Kbit serial EEPROM of I2C bus interface. Application includes automotive camera, automotive electronics.
- 4 million times (Ta = 25°C) write cycles, 100 years (Ta = 25°C) data retention
- 3.5ms (max) write cycle time, 1.7V to 5.5V supply voltage range
- Functional safety supportive automotive products
- Page write mode 64Byte, bit format 16K x 8bit
- Low current consumption, prevention of miswriting, WP (write protect) function added
- Prevention of miswriting at low voltage, noise filter built in SCL/SDA pin
- Initial delivery state FFh, AEC-Q100 qualified (grade 1)
- 128Kbit capacity
- TSSOP-B8 package, ambient operating temperature range from -40 to +125°C
