Product Overview
BDJ2GA5WEFJ-E2 is a BDxxGA5WEFJ series LDO regulator with an output current of 0.5A. The output accuracy is ±1% of the output voltage. It can be used for a wide range of digital appliance applications. It has a small package type: HTSOP-J8. This device has built in overcurrent protection to protect the device when output is shorted, 0µA shutdown mode and thermal shutdown circuit to protect the device during over load conditions. This LDO regulator is usable with ceramic capacitors that enable a smaller layout and longer life.

- Built-in overcurrent protection circuit (OCP), built-in thermal shut down circuit (TSD)
- 12V fixed output voltage
- Input power supply voltage range from 4.5V to 14V
- Output current of 0.5A (maximum), shutdown current of 0μA (typical)
- Operating temperature range from -25°C to +85°C
