Product Overview
BD9P608MFF-CE2 is a Nano Pulse Control™ current mode synchronous buck DC/DC converter integrating POWER MOSFET for automotive. Application includes automotive powered supplies, consumer powered supplies. It includes over current, input under voltage lockout, thermal shutdown, output over voltage, short circuit protection.
- AEC-Q100 qualified (grade 1), minimum ON pulse of 50ns (max)
- Soft start function, current mode control, reset function
- Light load mode (LLM), forced pulse width modulation (PWM) mode
- Phase compensation included, selectable switching frequency
- Spread spectrum switching, external synchronization function
- Input voltage range from 3.5V to 40V (initial startup is 4.0V or more)
- Output voltage range from 0.8 to 8.5V, maximum output current of 6A
- Switching frequency is 440KHz (typ, FREQ-SEL = H), 2.2MHz (typ, FREQ-SEL = L)
- Output voltage accuracy is ±1.75% (-40 to +125°C), 2.1μA (typ) shutdown current
- VFN20FV4535 package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
