Product Overview
BD87584YFV-CE2 is an automotive excellent EMI immunity, quad channel, input/output rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifier. This operational amplifier is the most suitable for automotive requirements such as sensor amplifier, engine control unit, electric power steering, anti-lock braking system and so on because it has features of high slew rate and low input bias current. Furthermore, they have the advantage of EMI tolerance. It makes easier replacing with conventional products or simpler designing EMI. It is used in applications such as engine control unit, electric power steering (EPS), anti-lock braking system (ABS), automotive electronics.
- Single supply voltage range from 4V to 14V, dual supply voltage range from ±2V to ±7V
- Slew rate is 3.5V/µs typical at (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 10pF), AEC-Q100 qualified
- Input offset current is 1pA typical at (VDD = 4V to 14V, absolute value)
- Input bias current is 1pA typical at (25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 60dB typical at (VDD = 5V, VSS = 0V, 25°C)
