BD70H35G-2 is a supervisory IC. It is highly accurate, with ultralow current consumption. This device features CMOS process. The line-up includes N-channel open drain. This device has no hysteresis, the release voltage is set to same value of detection voltage. It is widely used in application such as all automotive devices that requires voltage detection.
- Nano energy, very small, lightweight and thin package
- Ultra-low current consumption is 270nA typical
- Release voltage is 3.46V
- Delay time (H → L) is 50µs typical at (VOUT = VDD → 50%, RL = 100Kohm)
- Delay time (L → H) is 40µs typical at (VOUT = GND → 50%, RL = 100Kohm)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
- Package style is SSOP5
