Product Overview
BD5331G-2M is a highly accurate, low current consumption voltage detector IC with a capacitor controlled time delay. The line-up includes N-channel CMOS output. It is widely used in application such as automotive, audio system, navigation system, etc.
- Nano energy, delay time setting controlled by external capacitor
- Very small, lightweight and thin package
- Ultra-low current consumption is 270nA typical
- Time delay accuracy is ±30%
- Delay time is 55.5ms typical at (VOUT＝GND→50%, CT=0.01μF)
- Hysteresis voltage is 0.05V typical at (VDD=L-H-L, RL=100Kohm)
- Detection voltage is 3.1V, output type is CMOS
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +105°C
- Package style is SSOP5
