Product Overview
BD5320NVX-2CTL is a free-time delay setting CMOS voltage detector (reset) IC. It is highly accurate, with an ultra-low current consumption feature that uses the CMOS process. Delay time setting can be controlled by an external capacitor.
- AEC-Q100 qualified, Nano Energy™
- Delay time setting controlled by external capacitor
- Ultra-low current consumption is 270nA typical
- Output leak current is 1µA maximum at (VDD=VDS=6V)
- Delay time(L→H) is 55.5ms typical at (VOUT＝GND→50%, CCT=0.01 μF)
- 0.80V min operating voltage at (VOL≤0.4V, RL=100Kohm)
- Dimension is 1.00mm x 1.00mm x 0.60mm (W x D x H)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C +125°C
