Product Overview
BD5250G-1TR is a free time delay setting CMOS voltage detector (reset) IC. This free time delay setting CMOS voltage detector IC is highly accurate, with ultra-low current consumption feature that uses CMOS process. Delay time setting can be control by an external capacitor. The lineup includes N-channel open drain output (BD52xxG-1). This device is available for specific detection voltage ranging from 0.9V to 5V with 0.1V increment. applications include all consumer devices that requires voltage detection.
- Nano Energy™, delay time setting controlled by external capacitor
- Nch open drain output type, ultra-low current consumption is 270nA typical
- Output detection voltage is 5V
- Circuit current when ON is 230nA typical at (VDD = VDET - 0.2V)
- “Low” output voltage (Nch) is 0.4V max at (VDD = 1.2V, ISINK = 1mA, VDET = 1.7V to 5V)
- Output leak current is 0.1µA maximum at (VDD = VDS = 6V)
- Delay time (L→H) is 55.5ms typical at (VOUT = GND→50%, CCT = 0.01μF, Ta = -40°C to +85°C)
- Storage temperature range from -55°C to +150°C
- SSOP5 package
