Product Overview
BD521VNVX-2CTL is a free time delay setting CMOS voltage detector IC. It highly accurate, with ultra-low current consumption feature that uses CMOS process. Delay time setting can be control by an external capacitor. The lineup includes N-channel open drain output with detection voltage of 0.965V.
- Nano Energy™, AEC-Q100 qualified
- Delay time setting controlled by external capacitor
- Nch open drain output type, detection voltage is 0.965V typical
- Ultra-low current consumption is 270nA typical
- Output leak current is 1µA maximum at (VDD = VDS = 6V)
- Delay time (L → H) is 55.5ms typical at (VOUT = GND → 50%, CCT = 0.01μF)
- Dimension is 1.0mm x 1.0mm x 0.6mm (W x D x H)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
