Product Overview
The BD33IC0MEFJ-ME2 is a 1A fixed output LDO regulator in 8 pin HTSOP package. This LDO regulator is built-in with thermal shutdown circuit for protecting IC from heat destruction by over load condition, circuit current ON/OFF switch for setting the circuit 0μA at shutdown mode and an over current protection for protecting the IC destruction by output short circuit. It is usable for ceramic capacitor and enables to improve smaller set and long-life.
- Input power supply voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
- High accuracy reference voltage circuit
- Built-in over current protection circuit (OCP), built-in thermal shut down circuit (TSD)
- Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
- With shut down switch
- 3.3V output voltage
- Line regulation of 50mV (max) at 25°C, load regulation of 75mV (max) at 25°C
- Bias current of 500μA (max) at 25°C
- Dropout voltage of 400mV
