Product Overview
The BA50DD0T is a fixed single-output LDO Voltage Regulator continues the trend towards increasing miniaturization and greater power efficiency and is optimized for power supplies of all types. The broad line-up includes low saturation fixed output type in 2A rating. In addition, over-current, thermal shutdown and overvoltage protection circuits are integrated to prevent IC destruction due to output shorts, IC overload and surges on the power supply line respectively.
