Product Overview
The BA4560YFVM-MGTR is an automotive low noise operational amplifier (op-amp) in 8 pin MSOP package. It integrates two independent op-amp on a single chip. This op-amp has some features of low noise and low distortion characteristics and can operate from ±4.0V to ±15V (split supply). The device is manufactured for automotive requirements of car navigation system, car audio etc.

- High voltage gain, low noise and low distortion
- Wide operating supply voltage
- Internal ESD protection circuit
- Wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
- High slew rate of 4V/μs, input offset voltage of 0.5mV and input offset current of 5nA at 25°C
- Total harmonic distortion of 0.003% and maximum output voltage of ±12V at 25°C
- Input referred noise voltage of 8nV/Hz, input bias current of 50nA and supply current of 3mA at 25°C
- Large signal voltage gain of 100dB at 25°C
- CMRR of 70dB, PSRR of 76.5dB and 4MHz unity gain frequency at 25°C
