Product Overview
RAA2112304GP3#JA0 is an integrated switching synchronous buck regulator with current mode constant on-time (COT) control. It features comprehensive protection that includes low-side overcurrent (LSOC) limit, input undervoltage lockout (UVLO), over-temperature protection (OTP), output undervoltage protection (OUVP) with hiccup mode. Application includes general purpose, industrial power supplies, embedded systems and I/O supplies.
- Accurate EN threshold, PFM mode under light load condition
- VIN voltage range from 4.5 to 24V (TA = TJ = -40°C to +125°C, VIN = 12V)
- 400µA quiescent current typ (EN = 2V, VFB = 0.8V, no switching, TA = TJ = -40 to +125°C, VIN = 12V)
- Feedback voltage reference range from 0.75 to 0.78V (VIN = 12V, EN = 2V, 25°C)
- 3A output current, IOUT maximum, 85mohm high-side on-resistance typ (VBST - VSW = 5.1V, TA = +25°C)
- Minimum on-time is 60ns typ (TA = TJ = -40°C to +125°C, VIN = 12V)
- Minimum off-time is 275ns typ (TA = TJ = -40°C to +125°C, VIN = 12V)
- Switching frequency range is 500kHz typ (VFB = 0.765V, VOUT = 1.05V, IOUT = 1A, VIN = 12V)
- Feedback voltage reference range from 0.75 to 0.78V (VIN = 12V, EN = 2V, 25°C)
- 6Ld TSOT-23 package, temperature range from -40 to +125°C
