101-1-A-5/1D is a 101 series CMOS-drive SIL/SIP reed relay designed for direct logic drive and precision switching in ATE and instrumentation. With very high coil resistance, selected 5V dry versions can be driven directly from 74HC/74HCT logic without additional drivers, helping reduce coil power and heat generation. It includes an internal mu-metal magnetic screen to minimise interaction when relays are mounted side-by-side, supporting high density packing in matrices and multiplexers. It also offers low leakage performance (insulation resistance >10¹² ohm for dry Form A devices) and low thermal EMF performance (as low as ~1µV in Series 100/101 designs).
