ERJU02F1002X is an ERJ-U02 series Ag-Pd-based inner electrode type anti-sulfurated thick film chip resistor. High resistance to sulfurization achieved by adopting an Ag-Pd-based inner electrode. This series is an industry-leading, solving demands for a small footprint and environmentally durable resistor. Suitable for automotive, industrial, factory automation, and power supply applications. High resistance to sulfurization is achieved through the use of an anti-sulfurated electrode structure and material in the manufacture of this series resistors.
- High reliability : metal glaze thick film resistive element and three layers of electrodes
- Suitable for both reflow and flow soldering
- Reference standard : IEC 60115-8, JIS C 5201-8, JEITA RC-2134C
- AEC-Q200 compliant
- 0402 size, 0.1W power rating
