Product Overview
ERJPA3F10R0V is an ERJ-PA3 series high-power, high-voltage, anti-surge thick film chip resistor. It offers the ability to use smaller case sizes while still maintaining the same level of power or better with respect to conventional size thick film resistors. The ERJ-P series has a unique trimming pattern and high heat dissipation characteristics. This part can be easily designed as replacements for existing thick film resistor due to comparable technology and materials with use of better manufacturing processes.
- Resistance is 10 ohm with ±1% tolerance
- 0603 [1608 metric] case size
- Temperature coefficient is ±100ppm/°C
- Voltage rating is 150V, power rating is 250mW
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 155°C
- AEC-Q200 qualified
- ESD surge characteristics superior to standard metal film resistors
- High reliability: metal glaze thick film resistive element and three layers of electrodes
- Suitable for both reflow and flow soldering
- IEC 60115-8, JIS C 5201-8, JEITA RC-2134C reference standards
