10TPC100M is a TPC series POSCAP™ conductive polymer tantalum solid capacitor. This SMD capacitor utilizes a sintered tantalum anode and a proprietary high-conductivity polymer for a cathode. Panasonic’s innovative construction and processing yield the lowest ESR level in polymer tantalum technology and exhibit excellent performance in high-frequency applications. Offering a high volumetric efficiency for capacitance, POSCAP™ capacitor is available in compact package size for a small PCB footprint. Additionally, POSCAP™ part demonstrates high reliability and high heat resistance, making it the ideal chip capacitor for digital, high-frequency devices and more.
