Low noise with power good output, low dropout voltage regulator. It is suitable for use in wireless chargers and portable equipment, smart camera and robotic vision systems, telecommunication and networking systems, infotainment and cluster, modular platforms for dashboard display, Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) gateway server applications, general purpose automotive applications. End products such as RF transceivers, camera module, Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) gateway server applications and MQB modular architectures.

- Thermal shutdown and current limit protection
- Power good signal extends application range and stable with a 10F ceramic capacitor
- With active output discharge
- Very well suited for noise sensitive applications
- High input ripple rejection that is excellent for power sensitive devices

- Improved thermal resistance with wettable flank (pin edge plating)
