Product Overview
NB3M8302CDR2G is a LVCMOS/LVTTL low skew fanout buffer. The VDDO pin powers the two single ended LVCMOS/LVTTL outputs. The NB3M8302C is form, fit and function (pin to pin) compatible to ICS8302 and ICS8302I. The NB3M8302C is qualified for industrial operating temperature range.
- Low additive RMS phase jitter
- Input frequency is 200MHz (max, TA = -40 to +85°C, VDD = VDDO = 3.3 V5%
- Low output to output skew 25ps (typical), low part to part skew is 250ps (typical)
- Operating voltage range from VDD = 3.3V ±5% (core supply)
- Output supply voltage is 2.375V (min, VDD = 3.3 V5%, VDDO = 2.5V5%, TA = -40 to +85°C)
- Wave solder is 265°C (3 sec)
- Propagation delay range from 1.9 to 3.1ns (Fin = 200MHz, TA = -40C to +85C, VDD = VDDO = 3.3 V5%)
