Product Overview
FAN53730UC02X is a constant on-time (COT) buck converter that supports a minimum of 3A load current. This device’s COT topology provides the fastest transient recovery and optimal efficiency vs load due to its variable frequency operation. It is used in applications such as LPDDR memory, mobile and smart devices, RF modules, graphics, and DSP processors.
- Input voltage range from 2.3V to 5.5V, forced continuous conduction mode
- Programmable output voltage range from 0.3V to 2V, pin selectable defaults
- Internal soft-start limits input current during turn-on
- 2.5MHz switching frequency in continuous conduction operation
- 1.2V and 1.8V logic compatible, power good output
- Fault protection (input under voltage, short circuit, over current, and thermal)
- Audio reduction mode eliminates audible tones due to switching
- Output discharge resistance is 93 ohm typical at (TA = 25°C, VIN = 3.8V, VOUT = 1V)
- Ambient temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
- WLCSP12 package
