Product Overview
The NCV4276BDTADJRKG is a low‐drop Voltage Regulator designed for use in harsh environments. It has a high peak input voltage tolerance and reverse input voltage protection. It also provides over-current protection, over-temperature protection and inhibit for control of the state of the output voltage. The output is stable over a wide output capacitance and ESR range. This has improved start-up behaviour during input voltage transients.
