Product Overview
The <bold>NCP1117LP</bold> is the low power version of the popular NCP1117 family of low dropout voltage regulators, with reduced quiescent current. It is intended primarily for high volume consumer applications over the 0 to 125 degree temperature range. Capable of providing an output current in excess of 1 A, with a dropout voltage of 1.3 V at 1 A full current load, the series consists of an adjustable and five fixed voltage versions of 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V and 5.0 V
- Output current in excess of 1.0A
- 1.4 V maximum dropout voltage at 1A
- Quiescent current over 10 times lower than traditional 1117
- Fixed output voltage 3.3V
- No minimum load requirement for fixed voltage output devices
