Product Overview
LM321SN3T1G is a general-purpose, single-channel op-amp with internal compensation and a true differential input stage. This op amp features a wide supply voltage ranging from 3V to 32V for single supplies and ±1.5 to ±16V for split supplies, suiting a variety of applications. LM321 is unity gain stable even with large capacitive loads up to 1.5nF. Typical applications include gain stage, active filter, and signal processing.

- Low input bias currents, internally compensated, single and split supply operation
- Offset voltage is 0.3mV typ (VS = 5V, VCM = VEE to VCC -1.7V, TA = 25°C)
- Offset voltage drift vs temp is 7µV/°C typ (TA = -40°C to 85°C)
- Common mode rejection ratio is 85dB typ (VCM = VEE to VCC – 1.7V, TA = +25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 750KHz typ (CL = 25pF, RL to VCC, TA = +25°C)
