LPC802M001JDH20J is an ARM Cortex-M0+ based, low-cost 32-bit MCU family of processors operating at CPU frequencies of up to 15MHz. Typical applications include sensor gateways, simple motor control, industrial, portables and wearables, gaming controllers, lighting, 8/16bit applications, motor control, consumer, fire and security applications and climate control.
- Single power supply range from 1.71V to 3.6V
- ARM Cortex-M0+ built-in Nested Vectored Interrupt Controller (NVIC)
- System tick timer and AHB multilayer matrix
- 16KB flash, 2KB SRAM memory
- Supports In-System Programming (ISP) through USART
- Supports Flash In-Application Programming (IAP)
- Unique device serial number for identification
- 2 USART, 1 I2C, 1 SPI interface and 17 GPIO
- 20 pin TSSOP package
